Les chants de ce disque sont exécutés par les moines de l’Abbaye Sainte Anne de Kergonan, Bénédictins de la Congrégation de Solesmes. Située à proximité des célèbres alignements de Carnac, sur le territoire de Plouharnel, l’Abbaye de Kergonan est entourée de ces menhirs et de ces dolmens qui font chanter les souvenirs de la spiritualité des siècles lointains, tandis que toutes proches, les vagues de l’océan, dans un mouvement continuel, naissent, montent, s’étalent et rebondissent comme la mélodie grégorienne…

The chants in this recording were performed by the Benedictine monks of the Abbey of Sainte Anne dc Kergonen, belonging to the Solesmes Congregation. The Kergonen Abbey is built near the famous Carnac stone formations in Plouharnel territory. It is surrounded by menhirs and dolmens, through which the wind whispers memories of the spirituality of bygone centuries, as the waves on the ocean nearby rise and fall, in a thundering motion thai continues through eternity and which is reminiscent of the melody of a gregorian chant…
